Help with your account, AI replies, chat backups and subscriptions.
Email support@opensesame.education. Tell us your app version, phone model and what happened. For a purchase issue, include the store order reference. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or private conversation screenshots.
Use the same Love Wizard account email to restore your saved chats. Check spam if your sign-in code does not arrive, then request a new code. Android also supports Google sign-in. iOS uses email-code sign-in.
Love Wizard asks before sharing your selected content and profile answers with OpenAI. You can withdraw permission in Profile → AI data sharing. Review the transcript after scanning a screenshot. Use the Report response action beside an AI answer to report unsafe, offensive or incorrect output.
Where subscriptions are available, the store checkout shows the price, billing period and any eligible trial. If a purchase has not unlocked, sign in to the same Love Wizard and store accounts, then choose Restore purchases. Do not buy again while a payment is pending.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play or your Apple account. Deleting your Love Wizard account does not cancel a store subscription.
Choose Profile → Delete my account in the app, or use our web account-deletion page.
