Love Wizard is a mobile application designed to provide personalized dating advice and coaching to its users, leveraging the capabilities of artificial intelligence. By using the app, users can ask dating-related questions and receive AI-generated responses tailored to their unique situations and preferences. In order to provide this service, the app collects data such as age, gender, sexual orientation, dating goals, and any additional input provided by the user.
By accessing or using the Love Wizard mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the app, as they contain important information about your legal rights and obligations.
By accessing or using the Love Wizard mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the app.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your personal information and data when you use the Love Wizard mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Love Wizard app solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
When taking and uploading screenshots to Love Wizard, we require you to have the necessary permissions and consents from all parties involved. This means, you as the uploader will assume full responsibility for obtaining proper consent from any third parties involved before uploading any screenshots or other User Content on Love Wizard.

You can report an AI response in the app with the Report response action and select a reason. That action sends the selected response and reason, linked to your account, to us for review. The app asks for AI data-sharing permission before sending content to OpenAI. You can withdraw that permission in Profile → AI data sharing, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
All content and materials on the Love Wizard app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the underlying technology, are the property of Love Wizard or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content without our prior written consent.
The Love Wizard app may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. By purchasing or subscribing to these services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and acknowledge that these fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to change the pricing and availability of these services at our sole discretion.
Where subscriptions are available, purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. The purchase screen and the store checkout show the plan, billing period, price, and any eligible trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store. Any eligible free trial converts to the displayed paid plan unless cancelled under the store's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or Apple account settings, and use Restore purchases in the app to request access to a subscription already associated with your account. Deleting your Love Wizard account does not cancel a store subscription. Refund requests are subject to the applicable store policy and your statutory rights.
The Love Wizard app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Love Wizard, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Love Wizard app.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Love Wizard, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Love Wizard app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Love Wizard is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Love Wizard app shall be resolved through arbitration, with the prevailing party being entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice within the Love Wizard app or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Love Wizard regarding your use of the app and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Love Wizard. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
