Delete your SnapUI account

You can delete your SnapUI account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

Open SnapUI and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@snapui.app from the email address of the Google or GitHub account you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my SnapUI account”. We reply to confirm once the deletion is done.

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel SnapUI Pro first in Google Play: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in record.
Your projects, pages, revision history, chats and notes, including the server backup of them.
AI request logs, your credit balances and ledger, your purchase records held by RevenueCat, and reports you filed.
Public share links for your projects stop working.

What is kept

Google Play keeps its own records of your payments, as the seller of record, under Google’s policies.
Deleted data may remain in encrypted server backups for a limited period before they rotate out.
Any unused balance is forfeited; it has no cash value.
